DLA Piper, in collaboration with InsurTech Ireland, hosted an event “Sustainability: Innovating for Commercial and Societal Success” in the DLA Piper offices in Dublin.

This knowledge event examined the intersection between sustainability and the insurance industry. It explored new reporting requirements, shared evolving risk management best practices, and showcased how (re)insurers are successfully integrating sustainability into their investment, underwriting, and operational activities.

The evening included:

• Discussions on how science influences global frameworks, policies, and regulations; and how (re)insurers are responding to this new landscape by embedding sustainability risk into their governance practices and innovating across their investment underwriting, and operational activities.

• Drinks and canapés, with the opportunity to connect and network in a relaxed setting.
